4.1 How to make a return?

Any product purchased on the Essensitive.com online store can be returned within 14 days from the date the order was received by the buyer. 

To make a return, you can fill out the paper return form in the package you received and send a scan to info@essensitive.com. 

Usually, shipping costs related to the return are borne by the buyer. In the event of a technical problem or an error in the delivery of the items, the return costs will be refunded.

Essensitive is committed to refunding you within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account associated with the card used for payment. 

We do not make returns and refunds of products ordered on other e-commerce sites or perfumery stores.
