Costs & Delivery Times
- Free standard delivery on all orders
- Estimated arrival: 2 – 5 business days from dispatch
- Shipping is carried out via GLS courier.
Nota:
delivery windows can shift due to peak seasons or force majeure events
Order Processing
- Orders ship once payment is authorised and details are verified
- A confirmation e mail is sent with dispatch information and—when available—a tracking number
- Preparation takes place Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays
Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
If the courier cannot deliver because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incomplete, a second attempt will follow. After a second failed attempt, the parcel returns to Essensitive.
